AB6IX Instructions on How to Send Fan Letters & Provide Support (230706 ver.)

Hello.

 

This is the AB6IX Fanclub manager.

Thank you always for your support and love for AB6IX.

In an effort to make sure we correctly deliver all of the priceless fan letters and gifts that the fans send to AB6IX, we wanted to inform you about how to send fan letters and provide support.

Please check the notice below and don't have any difficulty in delivering it.

 

* We do not receive inquiries through phone call. Please ask questions through e-mail.

Address: (Member’s Name, 4F, 10, Eonju-ro 75-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea)

 

[Support Availability]

Occasions on which fans can apply to provide support

: Members’ birthdays or anniversaries (Anniversaries: debut, 1, 2, 3+ years in 100 days),

Broadcasting and radio schedules, etc. (The broadcast-related support varies from schedule to schedule, so we will answer the available schedule.)

 

[Support Application Period]

: Midnight, 3 weeks prior to support schedule or anniversary – 2 PM, 2 days prior (Excludes weekends.)

For support that requires guidance, we will inform you with a separate notice.

(If there is a customs clearance process involved, you can apply ahead of time or have the support delivered later)

 

* If simple food or snack support is possible depending on the schedule, we will reply by e-mail, so please send us an application e-mail.

* If multiple teams apply for support on the same day, we will respond to those who applied during the application period on a first-come, first-served basis. And there is no separate order information.

 

 

 

[How to Deliver Support]

 

In-Person Delivery & Messenger Service

: Fans are allowed to conduct in-person delivery or utilize messenger services only if they had applied ahead of time and the delivery has been agreed upon via e-mail.

In-person deliveries are only allowed at the company office.

 

Delivery

: We do not require support delivered via courier service to be applied for ahead of time.

Courier deliveries are allowed 2 weeks before and after birthdays and anniversaries.

(We do not receive support delivered via courier service except during the 2 weeks before and after birthdays and anniversaries. Packages that arrive outside of the accepted period might be thrown away without notice.)

 

Fan Letter (Mail Delivery)

: Fan letters do not need to be applied for ahead of time.

Fan letters can be delivered via mail anytime.

We will not respond to emails with incorrect forms and missed application periods.

[Notice About Support Application Process]

- Only support that has been confirmed by both parties can be delivered.

- In principle, one support is provided for each schedule.

- Please make sure to write the name of the receiving member.

- We do not accept home appliances, furniture that are delivered in person to the members’ dormitory.

- Supports containing alcoholic beverages cannot be delivered.

- We will return a package if it was shipped cash on delivery and we are asked to pay the customs fee.

- If the same team sends multiple e-mails when applying for the support, we will check the support application with the last e-mail you sent. We are not responsible for any changes in the order of application.

- We cannot deliver items that were not listed in the application. If you detect the delivery of items that are not on the application form, those items will be thrown away without notice and you may be disadvantaged in future support.

- About anniversary supports, please write anniversary support.

- About food supports, we only accept the support through the company (specialized in food) in case of problems such as hygiene and deterioration.

- Final delivery is conducted after schedule adjustments have been made and delivery method has been confirmed by the manager. We won't take responsibility for any disadvantages before the final progress is confirmed.

- If you are providing food support for the broadcast schedule, please deliver items other than food to the company.

- All support items delivered to the company without prior application process will be thrown away without notice and the sender will not be allowed to provide support in the future.

- Support items can be delivered between 11 AM and 6 PM on weekdays only, excluding holidays.

- Any support provided in anticipation of a future activity before an official announcement has been made will not be considered.

- All support is conducted via e-mail. We do not receive support through other channels. Please take note that we cannot be held responsible for support applications sent through different channels.

- Please be punctual at the appointed time. Even if you arrive earlier than the time, we cannot receive the support. Also if you are late for more than 10 minutes, we will not accept the support.

 

 

We wish to express our deepest gratitude for all your love and support. We will do our best to ensure that your fan letters and gifts are delivered safely to the members.
